Do you know what to say with colleagues, or business partners before a meeting or during the coffee break? Do you know how to start a conversation, continue or end a conversation? If you want to brush up communicating in social events or in between formal presentations, then this is the course for you.

Tavoitteet
By the end of the course you will be able to engage in small talk with more confidence and using a range of phrases. You will have learnt small talk phrases to use in your personal life, in business and at college.

We will cover a range of different situations. You will practise using small talk in everyday situations and when
- making new and old contacts
- networking
- moving on to business
- opening up
- working out who’s who and what’s what
- entertaining
- telling stories
- talking about sensitive topics
- having online meetings
- saying goodbye

Suoritustapa
Active and regular attendance. There will be no end of course test.
Kurssi sisältää 12 oppituntia (à 45 min.) sekä lisäksi itsenäistä työskentelyä.
